All our electronic devices come with a one year repair warranty which covers parts and labor. Also, if you are not satisfied with the performance of your device within the first two months, you may return it in its original condition for a refund (minus a 10% fee). Units returned for repair should be packed well and insured in a box that's not too big. For those in the states, we have a mail forwarding address in the USA to ship to instead of sending directly to us in South America. Just ask us for it since it isn't the address we've posted on the price list page. |
