The following directions apply to this formula:
Directions : Start by taking one half teaspoon (about 2 ml.) twice daily, morning and evening, before meals. On the third day, graduate to this same dosage three times a day. Better results are obtained by holding product sublingually for 30 seconds before swallowing (which takes some doing as it is bitter). At any point, if you get an emetic (nauseating) response, reduce subsequent dosage.
